Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, and the European Union. Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. If your country is unavailable during checkout, we are currently unable to deliver there. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, contact us at support@flexlyn.com before ordering.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom Standard: 3-5 business days, free on orders over £50, otherwise £4.99
United Kingdom Express: 1-2 business days, £6.99
United States and Canada: 3-5 business days, £23.99
European Union: 3-5 business days, £14.99

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Occasional delays can occur due to customs processing or high order volumes.

Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Orders shipping to the UK over £50 qualify for free standard delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can also check your order status via our Order Tracking page.
